Creepy DIY Hanging Skulls

img_5073

This project cost me all of $6.  A $1 per skull and $1 for the creepy fabric!

Here’s what you need:

  • Wire hanger
  • Skulls
  • Creepy fabric
  • String or chain
  • Scissors

Cut a 12-14 inch section of fabric so it drapes nicely over the skull.
p1020577
Poke a hole in the top and bottom of your skull.
p1020578
Using a hanger, bend one end so it looks like this.
p1020579
Thread your wire through your two holes you made.
p1020581
Thread your string through.

p1020582

p1020574
Knot at one end.
p1020580
Hang creepy fabric on it.  I found out after this skull that it is easier to drape the fabric over FIRST, then thread your wire/string through.

Knot one end of the string into a loop and hang on your porch or in a tree!

Update*: I would suggest maybe starching or spraying the fabric with some sort of glue, because I discovered after it rained, that the weight of the water stretched out the fabric.
